Bạn vào Services. 
Bạn phải chắc chắn start tất cả các services này : 
+Terminal Services, Remote Procedure Call (RPC), 
+System Event Notification, 
+Windows Management Instrumentation Driver Extensions, 
+COM+ Event System, DCOM Server Process Launcher
sau đó bạn làm thế này.
1. Click Start chọn Run.
2. Đánh dòng sau : CMD /K SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND= RPCSS
3. Restart lại máy tính.
4. Nếu vấn bị, click Start chọn Run.
5. Đánh regedit sau đó nhấn OK
6. Tìm đến từ khóa sau: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Spooler
7. Chọn đến Value sau và double-click vào nó : DependOnService name.
8. Trên mục Value Data, thay đổi thành “RPCSS” nhấn OK
9. Đóng lại Registry Editor.
10.Restart máy tính.
